Sellers can confidently sell their domain names without worrying about chargeback risks.

Buyers can also trust this feature, which offers over 20 different payment methods for added convenience and security.

Who can initiate DaaZ Secure Transactions?

Only the seller can initiate a DaaZ Secure transaction.

Once the buyer agrees to the deal, they can proceed to complete the payment process.

What is the price of a domain name?

The price of a domain name must be 15 USD or more.

What are the charges for DaaZ Secure Transaction (DaaZ Secure service fee)?

The DaaZ Secure Transaction service fee is a minimum of 10 USD, or 5% of the transaction amount, whichever is greater. VAT charges apply only to customers in the UK.

How does DaaZ Secure Transaction work?

For Sellers:

• Login and Create a Transaction:

First, log in to your DaaZ account and follow the on-screen instructions to create a transaction.

• Enter Transaction Details:

You’ll need to enter the buyer’s email ID, phone number, domain name, price, and fee details. You have the option to list the price in USD, EUR, or GBP.

• Select Fee Payment Option:

Select who will cover the DaaZ Secure service fee:

• Buyer
• Seller
• 50% Buyer / 50% Seller

• Review and Edit Details:

After entering the details, you can review them and make any necessary changes by clicking the “edit” button.

• Get Assistance:

If you need help, our support team is just a click away. Use the chat feature to message us, and we'll assist you.

• Sit Back and Relax:

Once you’ve created the transaction, our agents will handle everything for you, step by step.

The DaaZ Transfer Agent will secure the domain from the seller, transfer it to the buyer, and ensure the payout is processed to the seller after the transfer is completed.

For Buyers:

• Receive eMail Verification:

As a buyer, you’ll receive an email verification link. If you’re a registered DaaZ member, you’ll be redirected to the login page. If not, you’ll need to create an account.

• Create an Account (if needed):

Simply provide your name, email ID, and password to create your account.

• Review Transaction Details:

Once logged in, verify the transaction details. You can either accept, reject, or request an amendment.

• Accept and Complete Payment:

If you agree with the offer, click the checkbox, accept the terms, and complete the payment.

• Important Note:

Once the buyer completes the payment, if the transaction is canceled for any reason, DaaZ service fees will not be refunded, and the buyer will be responsible for 100% of the fees.
